Terms of Service
I. Artwork usage
- All art created by EevieZ are protected under copyright laws. All unauthorized use, distribution or reproduction is prohibited.
- All art is only intended for personal use unless individually agreed upon otherwise.
- All art is to be credited when posted anywhere on the internet (such as Toyhouse, Twitter, Discord etc.)
II. Pricing and payment
- All payments will be done through Ko-fi or Paypal.
- All payments under 20€ will be sent upfront, before any work is begun on the commission.
- Payments over 20€ are eligible for a 50/50 split, where half will be sent upfront and half after the client is presented with a sketch that they are happy with.
- Prices listed on this website and on Ko-fi are listed in EUR (€). Paypal invoices will also be in EUR. Conversion rates may differ between services.
III. Refunds
- If the client cancels the commission, they are not entitled to a refund of what has already been paid, be that 50% of the full price or the full price.
- If EevieZ cancels the commission, the client is eligible for a full refund of what has already been paid.
IV. Process and Turnaround Time
- Turnaround time may vary between commissions, but is generally a maximum of 2 months. If this extends, it will be communicated clearly with the client.
- After the commission has been agreed upon and paid, a sketch will be sent for approval.
- The client will receive multiple WIPs throughout the whole process to ensure they are happy with their commission.
